Booth Relocation Process

The relocation process can be a bit time-consuming, as moving booths around is a bit like assembling a jig-saw puzzle!

Booth space is reallocated based on:

When you request a new booth location:

We only start working on new booth location requests once the deadline has passed for returning exhibitors to send in their ESRs.
An AJS team member will send you an email with available booth options.
You have 24 hours to make a final booth selection.
Once your new booth location is assigned, you will receive an invoice!

Deposits, Refunds, Cancellations

50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Upon receipt and placement, you will receive an emailed booth fee invoice. A 50% deposit is due upon receipt of the invoice and is non-refundable.
A $250 late fee may be applied to all unpaid balances not received by July 24, 2026.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
- All Cancellations Received AFTER the 45-day deadline: July 7, 2026, Exhibitors are 100% liable for exhibition fees.
